When a review is appropriate

A refund review may be requested for a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, or a verified payment that BidMore failed to publish because of a system error.

What is not refundable

A published placement is not refundable merely because another buyer outbids it, it receives fewer clicks than expected, or the buyer changes their mind. Those outcomes are part of the service described before checkout.

What a request needs

Provide the Stripe payment receipt or session reference and the submitted destination URL through the support channel published by BidMore at the time of purchase. Nothing in this policy limits rights required by applicable law.
