What BidMore keeps—and what it doesn't.

Public listing data

After payment is verified, your submitted URL, project name, description, bid amount, placement time, and tracked outbound-click count are public.

Payments

Stripe processes checkout and payment details. BidMore stores the Stripe session reference and payment ledger needed to verify and publish a bid. BidMore does not store card numbers.

Outbid emails

If you opt in, BidMore reads the checkout email from Stripe when an alert is due and sends the message through Resend. The email address is not stored in BidMore's database. BidMore stores consent, an unsubscribe token, and delivery status.

Clicks and preferences

BidMore counts successful outbound redirects, not unique people. Your light or dark theme preference stays in your browser.
